We have recently received inquiries from several companies and individuals seeking to verify whether Romilo Mark Felizarta or Milo Felizarta is still connected with MPM Consulting Services Inc.
For the avoidance of doubt, please be advised that Romilo Mark Felizarta or Milo Felizarta is no longer connected with the Company effective December 31, 2025.
He is not authorized to represent the Company, receive payments, collect documents, provide instructions, enter into agreements, or transact on behalf of the Company in any capacity.
The Company has conducted an internal review and has taken appropriate measures with respect to matters identified during that review. For confidentiality and legal reasons, we are unable to provide further details.
Clients, business partners, government agencies, and members of the public are requested to coordinate only with the Company’s officially authorized representatives.
