Built by a Payroll Service Provider
MPM Payroll was originally developed in 2012 to support our company’s growing payroll outsourcing services.
As our payroll client base expanded, we needed a system that could efficiently manage multiple companies, standardize payroll processes, improve accuracy, and reduce reliance on spreadsheets. What started as an internal platform evolved into a comprehensive payroll solution trusted by businesses and service providers across the Philippines.
Because it was built from real-world payroll operations, MPM Payroll is designed around the practical needs of payroll professionals – not just from a feature list created by software developers.
As your client portfolio grows, relying on spreadsheets and employee-specific knowledge becomes increasingly risky.
MPM Payroll helps standardize payroll operations by storing payroll rules, computation settings, schedules, leave policies, government contribution settings, and other client-specific requirements within the system itself.
This means critical payroll knowledge is retained as part of the client’s configuration rather than residing only with the employee handling the account. This results to
Faster onboarding of new payroll staff
Easier account handovers and team transitions
Reduced dependency on key personnel
Consistent payroll processing across teams
Lower training costs
Improved business continuity as your organization grows
Whether a payroll specialist goes on leave, transfers to another team, or leaves the company, the next person can quickly understand and continue payroll processing using the established system configuration and audit history.
For payroll service providers, accounting firms, bookkeeping firms, and EOR companies managing multiple clients, this creates a more scalable operation that is less dependent on individual employees and more reliant on standardized processes.

Do we need a separate subscription for each client?
It depends on the reporting entity. We generally recommend one MPM Payroll subscription per reporting entity so government reports are generated separately for each client, which is the common setup for payroll outsourcing firms.
For Employer of Record (EOR) businesses, employees working for different client companies are often reported under a single legal employer. In this case, managing them under one MPM Payroll subscription is usually the recommended approach.
Can a single subscription support multiple attendance and payroll policies?
Yes. MPM Payroll is highly configurable. Within a single subscription, you can create unlimited attendance and payroll policies to accommodate different client requirements.
This is especially useful for Employer of Record (EOR) businesses, where employees assigned to different client companies may follow different schedules, overtime rules, holidays, and payroll policies—all while being managed under a single subscription.
