Accounting Intern / OJT

We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounting Intern who wants real, hands-on experience in bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, and financial reporting. This role is perfect for accounting students who want to build practical skills using modern tools and cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recording day-to-day financial transactions
• Help prepare and organize accounting documents
• Support the preparation of financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Assist in account reconciliation and audit requirements
• Help process payroll-related data and government remittances
• Perform data entry, encoding, and updating of accounting records
• Provide support in tax preparation tasks (BIR forms, attachments, schedules)
• Work with the team on special projects and process improvements

Qualifications

• Currently taking BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or related course
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn accounting software and cloud tools
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Can work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
• No experience required, but internship or academic project experience is a plus
