Hello! I found in your site about business closure that it should be done within 10 days after deciding to close the business. My problem is I already stopped my business in August and starting Sept1 I no longer have business. However, I was thinking to file just in October because I still have to pay for the 3rd quarter income tax which includes my sales from July- August… WIll I have penalty? How about if I file this coming September 18? I am looking forward to your reply. Thanks!
