Job Description

  1. Encoding of business documents, such as official receipt, sales invoice, vouchers, employee records, government forms, etc., using MPM Accounting and Payroll Software
  2. Scanning, photocopying, uploading and organizing documents both in hardcopy and via MPM Software
  3. Encoding and filing to government agencies, such as SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, BIR, SEC, DTI, etc, as assigned.
  4. Communicate and support work of team heads who are Accountants/CPAs

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related course
  2. Fast and accurate typing skills
  3. Can work well with computer and software
  4. Willing to work in the office Monday to Friday
