Requirements
- Candidate must be an accountancy graduate with at least 1 year of experience in general accounting
- Good oral and written communication skills using english and filipino language
- Have experience in using Microsoft Office applications
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
- High analytical skills
- Can work with team
- Candidate must display willingness to learn
- Must be hardworking and committed
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Willing to work overtime if necessary
- Organize and with good time management skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze and record business transactions to accounting books
- Prepare accounting reports, schedules, summaries and government reports
- Review and reconcile account balances in the general ledger
- Monitor completion and submission of government reports
- Maintain proper communication with assigned clients regarding their accounting and tax matters
- Maintain organize filing of accounting documents and records
- Ensure that the accounting books of assigned clients are up to date
